RETURNS AND REFUNDS

It is possible to return the product within 15 days of purchase. In the event of a return due to a damaged or incorrect product or for any other reason that involves an error by the Company, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase, and shipping costs will be borne by the Company. If, however, the customer wishes to return the product for any other reason, they will receive a full refund of the purchase, but shipping costs will be at their expense. It is possible to exchange the unworn product within 15 days of purchase. In the case of an exchange, shipping costs will be fully covered by the Company.

In all cases, the security tag on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.

Products purchased from December 1st to December 31st can be returned free of charge until January 31st of the following year.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To proceed with the return of one or more products purchased on COSTELLA1828.com, it is necessary to send a detailed email to gdprof@yahoo.com, indicating the order number, the product code/description to be returned, the reason, and the method of compensation. This information is available in the "My Area" of the website.

Customer service will send a confirmation via email within 72 hours and instructions to follow to return the merchandise.

The return shipment made with the courier indicated by COSTELLA1828.com will be FREE in case of returns motivated by an error by the Company. If the return is made for any other reason, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

The return shipment must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

It is possible to request an exchange for an item of the same value or by paying the difference without any additional costs.

To proceed with the exchange, it is necessary to send a detailed email to gdprof@yahoo.com, indicating the order number, the product code/description to be returned, the reason, and the size or color of the replacement. This information is available in the "My Area" of the website.

Customer service will send a confirmation via email within 96 hours, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) and instructions to follow to return the merchandise and the new tracking code for the package containing the new product.

The first exchange pickup and related shipping costs for orders placed in Italy will be borne by the Company, any subsequent exchanges after the first one will be entirely at the customer's expense.

The cost of exchange for international shipments is borne by the customer.

The exchange shipment must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

HOW TO RECEIVE A REFUND

The refund will be processed as soon as the return arrives at the warehouses owned by Costella1828 Srl and the products are verified.

The refund can be made via Bank Transfer or Paypal, even if the payment for the merchandise was made by Credit Card.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to fluctuation in exchange rates cannot be refunded.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The security tag on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken. The items must not be altered and must not show any signs of use.

Each item must be returned complete with all labels, packaging, and original accessories received with the order.

All products must be returned together with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole outer packaging.

Returns must be shipped within the original box.

In the event that the customer receives defective merchandise, or errors occur in shipments by COSTELLA 1828 Srl, they are required to follow the same instructions as stated above. COSTELLA 1828 Srl reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the merchandise to its premises.

COSTELLA 1828 Srl also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those not complying with all the specified conditions. In these cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. The acceptance of such returns entails a charge equivalent to 10% of the value of the returned merchandise.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, European distance selling regulations apply.
